Southern AZ Roadside LLC

By accessing this website or booking services with Southern AZ Roadside LLC aka Southern AZ Roadside (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services:
Southern AZ Roadside provides limited roadside-related services. We do not provide towing, tire repair, or highway/freeway roadside assistance.
*Please note:
- There will be a 40% upcharge for all services performed outside business hours.
- There will be a 40% upcharge for all services performed during Holiday hours.
- All services performed for an emergency appointment will be double the standard price.
Services are subject to availability and safety conditions.

Booking & Fees:

• A non-refundable service fee is required to book an appointment

• As of 03/01/2026 there will be a 3% processing fee for each credit card transaction

• Service fees do not apply toward the cost of services

• All services must be paid for at the time of service

• Additional fees may apply, including mileage charges

Mileage Charges:
Services include a 10-mile radius from ZIP code 85629.
A $1.00 per mile fee applies beyond this radius.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
All booking fees are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-shows.

User Responsibilities:
You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Be present at the service location

• Comply with safety and verification requirements

Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.

Limitation of Liability:
Southern AZ Roadside and its Rescue Crew are not responsible for damage to vehicles, property, or personal belongings arising from services performed, except where prohibited by law.
Services are provided “as-is” and at the customer’s request.

Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, misrepresentation, or inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property:
All website content, logos, text, and branding are the property of Southern AZ Roadside and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
